- General provisions
1.1. 9. Returns and exchanges.

12. Final privisions.

12.2. All disputes arising from the enforcement of these Rules shall be resolved by negotiation. Failing agreement, the disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
